I placed a Order on 02-05-05 with these guys and they canceled my order on 02-07-05, but instead of telling me the order was cancelled they sent me a invoice saying my expected ship date was 02-09-05. After 8 days of seeing my order status this way and 4 attempts to call them and 2 emails they finally let me know the order was cancelled. I would not recommend this store to anyone. And I will never deal with them again!!"

"DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this company at all.....I made the mistake just this week even after seeing some questionable reviews, but I had no choice because they were the only seller with the Leadtek 6600GT graphic cards in stock and i need two for a quick build. Well I ordered on Tues Feb. 2nd and paid for two day shipping and also paid their rush order charge which stated the cards would be shipped that day if ordered before noon, I ordered at 7am. Well after two days with no emails from them saying the cards shipped I got extremely worried and finally got through to the customer service only by punging "0" when calling them so you get an operator and she finally told me after 10min of waiting that the cards were on backorder and wouldn't be shipped for over a week. She offered no explination for not emailing me this information and also they had already charged my credit card, this is absolutely absurd and I stated that the card still displayed as in stock on their website as it still does even as I am writing this review. Her response was that she will notify the tech guys at the company...these people have no clue and PLEASE listen to me and never order from them. They simply trick people to order things from them....well at least I was able to cancell my order but I have not recieved a credit to my credit card yet, and they even did not offer to drop the shipping or rush ordr charges I had paid if I wanted the cards still....yeah pay rush order for a backordered item....i will never order from them again and I hope you don't either becaue they will be out of business soon."
"Advertised item w/ hitman2 and sent item w/ counterstrike (which i already own). Sent several emails about this issue with NO RESPONSE. I am soooooo tired of crappy online customer service, but this company has no whatsoever.

"I was pleased with the speed of delivery. Had a problem with gift wrapping, but upon mentioning it in an email to the store, was refunded the wrapping charge the same day. Every merchant has foul ups, but the speed of correction and sincere apology I recieved from them, means I will certainly consider purchasing from them in the future."
