"When i ordered a bug shield and window deflectors I did not now this was going to be such an un pleasent journey. First it was my fault for ordering the wrong bug shield but then the trouble started.One person said no problem we will give you the RMA number and areturn label . I waited and waited with no action . called back and the next person said they needed 2 pictures of the box and bug shield.Company policy can not get by it . Ok did that, during this time i received e mails from them asking for other things . Finally shipped the box were it was tracked to PA. wher they are located . Box got stuck in PA. at fedex facility. Called the fed ex facility they did not no if it was delevered or not. 2 weks later i checked my credit card account and the money was finally put back in for the window shields also whitch they never had in stock. This ain't no amazon return. Be sure you no EXACTLY what you want if ordering from this company."

She stated it will take awhile for them to get them to you and wasn’t concerned I needed it asap due to my disability and traveling. BUT thanks to the company I received them in a timely manner. "So Extreme Terrain tells you that to install the bull bar I purchased will require disabling the electric air dam on my 2023 Toyota Tundra. What they fail to tell you is that you will have to purchase a $180 module from CBI in order to do this? I contacted the Extreme Terrain "expert" for possible other solutions. He didn't know about the module and was not a Toyota expert like they claim. I could tell all he was doing was cruising the internet looking for solutions like I had already done. I asked if I could return my bullbar but because I purchased an open box item I wad told I would have to pay for return shipping and would only get store credit. I don't have any need for any other products so I am stuck with trying to sell this on my own or purchase the expensive module. Hey Extreme Terrain if you are going to disclose up front work around to install a product then maybe you should be more thorough in doing all the research and disclosing everything. Bad experience horrible customer service. I won't be purchasing anything from you again. "
"I’ve enjoyed ordering from extreme terrain and still do presently. FEDEX, However held on to the package in the neighboring city to me for 24 plus hours and delayed the shipping basically two days past the expected delivery and I paid for it to arrive sooner. The weather was great so they were either behind or improperly functioning. If I had known that I would have saved money and requested normal mail. I realize this is a FEDEX issue not an issue from the seller. The product was great in appearance, functionality, and I will order again. Thank you Extreme Terrain. "

Its not as bad as the first one so I guess I'll keep it. I guess when I spend my hard earned money on a new product I expect it to arrive looking new."
