"I received a defective item. I emailed the company, and they responded that they'll give me a refund of $5 if I go purchase a zipper my own and put it on. I emailed back that I wanted a refund and a label to mail back. I got a response back stating that they will not pay for mailing the package back. I emailed stating that I received a defective item. I did my part in pay for the item. They did not do their part in mailing me a quality item. I will not pay for shipping for the item. It's outrageous how cheap and bad customer service they have. I am never purchasing from them again. What a was of money.

In recent contact with them, they asked me again to keep their product for which I have already told them I've wanted to return four times. I state to them YET AGAIN I want to return the item. Now they want me to "please contact your local post office and ask them how much to return the package to China? and inform us? And then we will decide to return the package back or not." How ridiculous?!
We will refund to you later, would it be acceptable?" How ridiculous is that?!

The resolution: After threatening to report them to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network, two people contacted me though. One allowed me to get a refund. One yet again asked me to pay for shipping again. They allowed me to keep the item and receive a full refund. I received a refund a day later.

***Yoins asked me multiple times to remove this bad review, but I believe people deserve to know about ALL experiences with Yoins, whether good or bad.

"It has been about a month now, and I have not received my package. I received an e-mail telling me that my order was confirmed and that I would be receiving another e-mail once my package had shipped. This e-mail was never sent and now I am wondering if I will even end up getting my package, or whether I was scammed. "

"Ordered a jumpsuit which didn't fit me at all. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, so when I finally opened it to discover it didn't fit, there was no way of returning it since the 14 days to refund something was up. I emailed them and I didn't get a response.

Really disappointed because the jumpsuit looked awesome but just didn't fit right at all! I don't know how it could fit anyone, it kind of all over the place. Saying that, the red dress I ordered from there was really nice.
