I have since used the memory foam cushion and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. This cushion functions exactly as advertised. Very comfortable on long trips. The only disadvantage I found is that it sits you about 3"-4" higher in the seat but if you can lower your seat, this is not a problem. It's well worth the investment! "

"I waited to write a review for Your Store Online until the party receiving the items (which was a Christmas gift) had time to let me know what they thought of the product. I do know the ordering,shipping, and receipt of package was completed in a timely manner. The gift was received in time for Christmas and the party receiving it was pleased with the product. Upon calling the customer service to be assured the product was going to my son, I received courteous assistance. The only minor thing that happened was the package arriving at the destination had stompeez on the box so it was a giveaway as to what was in the box, however, the element of surprise as to which character still made their day enjoyable."

"I had recently ordered a product from Your Store Online and upon arrival found there to be an additional delivery fee of over $16.00. I called the customer service department, and an agent there referred me to management. I cannot say enough about the great customer service this company provides! My issue was resolved and a refund is on the way. We will definitely be doing business with YSO again.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Customer Service is awful. I cannot speak to the merchandise as I still have not received my order. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/15/12 and after being charged an exorbitant amount for shipping that I did not get information about until the very end of the transaction when the included a second item for "free", my understanding was that i would receive my order in approximately a week (Christmas). Per instructions on their website, I sent a request for information on the status of my order on 12/31 and again on 1/3. Each time the auto-response indicated that I would hear from someone within 1-3 days. The online status of my order (placed on 12/15/12) says "in processing" and that I will receive a Fedex tracking number in 24-48 hours. This is what it has said since the order was placed and as of 1/8/13 I have not received my order, a tracking number, or any information from customer service. It is a disappointment that such a large company cannot fulfill a simple order in an honest manner but from the negative reports that already are online this appears to be characteristic of YourStoreOnline. I am sorry that I did not read consumer reviews before I ordered from them. I am still waiting for a resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT. "
