"The customer service is lacking. I have not received my items as of now. The only contact I have had from them was when it was prompted by me. I kept being told my item would be shipping next week. I was given a date of Feb 26 or 27. I rec'd email on 2/27 to tell me it was being prepared for shipping. I was also told since there was a delay in getting my product it would be shipped priority. The email said tracking info would be available 24/28 hrs. It is still not available. After several phone calls, I was told it finally shipped to the post office on 3/3. It does not have tracking since only being sent US mail. Appears it did not go priority. The funny part is the package is being shipped from warehouse 30 mile from my home. The customer service has less to be desired. They still have not replied to my last email on 3/2. "

"Im impressed with the speed that Your Store Online was able to get my product shipped out to me. I ordered on Jan 4th, and I recieved it about a week later. I was also impressed with the quality of the hand blown glass water globes. Everything went smoothly with the transaction. The response to my e-mail was prompt, I think I was e-mailed back within about a day from when I inquired about the status of my order. CSRs all seemed very willing to help... Overall I was very happy after being a little nervous from reading the old reviews on this website."
"I had a question about my order, called in and they were very friendly. The representative I spoke with was helpful and expedited my package for free because I needed it for a birthday present. I thought that was awesome. The product arrived (Wall Racer Extreme Edition) and is very similar to the Air Hog, and it worked the same as the Air Hog was advertised and was a lot less. I would suggest this store if you see something on TV but don't want to pay a high price."
"I feel that this company is much less than reputable in it's way of doing business. I ordered an item on 12/05/08 and was told on 12/07 that my order "was being prepared for shipping". I received the same email on 12/15. On 12/19 I received a response to my email and it stated that my order would be shipped by the end of the week (unknown which week). On 12/24 I received an email stating that I should look for my order "in the next day or so". They also said that the order was shipped from Spokane, WA (200 Miles away) on 12/24. The order was at the Post office on 12/29. I refused the package and then sent an email to customer service stating that I refused the package and they needed to credit my card. as of 01/12/09, I have received no response and have been unable to make contact with customer service.
I feel that these type of companies should be driven out of business and that there owners should be fined heavily along with spending some time behind bars. The service they provide is the same type of service a bull gives a cow. "
"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! WORST STORE EVER!!! Took almost two months to recieve my order, when I should have recieved it with-in 5-10 business days. The customer service have VERY nice and polite people...to bad they don't do anything. I Constantly Email and called them for a tracking number which...they provided me a month later after I contacted them several times. after I recieve the tracking number I find out that my order wasn't even shipped out...I called and asked for a refund... and instead of a refund they SHIP OUT MY ITEMS!?@#$^*!... Once I got my items...I recieve ONLY half of my order............. I kept it of course and didn't even bother to call because I don't believe they are capable of providing me a refund. "The shipping price was unclear until order submitted, then was much higher than expected.
I did not receive all items as ordered. I spoke to service people was told it was being shipped that day. I emailed 2 weeks later. It has been a month and nothing.
A few days after ordering my credit card info was stolen and $2000 was spent in one day. I will update if I hear response from them but emailing them for service has been a dead end."
"Worst store to deal with. while billing they never say how much the shipping is going to cost. once u order, the shipping is 50% of your product cost. thats how they make their money. dont trust them.

"I ordered a present for my nephew on november 29th and did not receive it as of a week before christmas. I called them and cancelled the order. Then, the day before christmas the order arrived and it was a different color than what I ordered.Also, I received no correspondence from the time that I ordered to the time I called. Also my card was billed even though I cancelled the order. These guys are awful!"
"This company doesn't seem to exist and seems fraudulent. They don't tell you the total amount of a purchase, don't provide an invoice number, customer service reps aren't at the desk, and they don't respond to email."
