"My experience with Your store online was very similar to most of the previous negative reviews. The ordered items turned out to be back ordered. I got no purchase confirmation either online or by email until I called to verify that the order had gone through. I was not even informed during that call that the items were not in stock. After one email and three phone calls, I was guaranteed that my purchase would arrive before Christmas. I placed the order on Nov. 30, it is now Dec. 22, and still the items haven't arrived.
I found the items I wanted at Amazon and was directed to the Your Store Online website. Because of that, I assumed the store was reputable. Amazon deserves a healthy share of responsibility for my shopping nightmare."

"Horrible service! I ordered a fleece blanket via their web site on Dec. 3 for a Christmas gift. Their site stated that the item was in stock and my order would be processed and shipped within 4 business days. After waiting for a week and seeing that the status of my order was still "in processing - not shipped" state, I contacted their customer service and asked when I should expect my item to be shipped. They answered that they didn't know and that I should wait for another week. Next day I E-mailed them and received a response saying that "they were sorry for confusion, my item was out of stock and they didn't have any updates from the manufacture". Unbelievable! As a result I lost 10 days and can't place my order with another company to be delivered in time for Christmas. I will never ever buy from this web site again. It was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. "

"Placed order for a birthday (Nov. 10th) gift at the end of October. Payment deducted from my checking account 7 days later. It is now November 25, 2009 and all I have received is a series of emails stating my order has been processed and expect a tracking order # within 24-48 hrs. Of course I have never been assigned a Tracking Order #. USPS states this is more than likely due to the fact it has NOT been shipped. I have requested this multiple times...no Tracking # has ever been assigned. Auto Reply emails from this company states a CRS will be contacting you within the next few days. All that prompts is another email stating your order is processed and once again...no Tracking #. I requested a refund today, received an email from a "paul" asking for my Invoice Number "for a full refund". So...this company is unable to view the order by the profile created for my purchase using my email account? Sending me generic emails stating the order has been processed has never been difficult for them to generate, not once have they ever asked for my Invoice #. Smells like another delay tactic to me. We'll see. Can anyone say Attorney General?

"Watch out! They don't tell you the shipping and handling charges until after you have given away your credit card info and you have submitted your order. They only mention an extra charge for rush shipping, but never the base fee for ground shipping, thus leading you to believe that shipping is free, but it is outrageously expensive."

"I was satisfied with your product. You should give a little more instruction for us older folks. If I did not know that you need to wet the suction cup I may have had a accident as they come loose unless wet prior to use.
