"What a joke this place is, they say they scanned your shippment on a certain day then say they did not ship until a few days later, called UPS and they never got the package. Called back and they must be reading from a card as they really have no clue what to do, WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Should have what the reviews as low as they are and said NO WAY!"

"Very deceiving! Perfect Brownie pan was not the item advertised, bad quality. Not to mention it was on backorder and took almost a month to get. I also ordered the All Edge Brownie Pan in Nov. and just received it in Jan. and they put a sticker over the top of the original one to make it look like the correct item and it was more of the bad quality Perfect Brownie Pan. So I paid over $100 for some stupid pans that I didnt have to give for Christmas and still did not receive the correct item I ordered. This company gives new meaning to shopping on line. And they have not answered my email to try to correct the problem. Would not recommend this company, and makes me suspicious of any company advertising on line. Great way to boost the economy don't you think!"
"I found this company to be very nice to work with. The web site was easy to navigate. I found just what I wanted. The price's were great. When I received what I had ordered for Christmas presents, several racing cars, 2 of them didn't work right. When I called customer service, they sent 2 more of them right out and didn't even want me to bother to send the bad ones back. I rate them tops in customer service. Thanks for a great experience."
"This was the most infuriating on line shopping experience I have ever had. The "customer service" email is not even read evidently, they never responded to my enquiries about why the shipment was so late, and they shipped the product after I canceled the order on line AND in person with a so called service representative. The order placed in November arrived January 15th. Horrible company, avoid like the plague."
"Much the same as previos posts.
1. Enormous inflated shipping. $10 for 1 item
2. Item received was not the same product as shown on the web page. No packaging except the shipping box. NOT the same Brownie pan advertised on TV. No rack, no stencils.
3. Item was backordered but indicated in stock when ordering.
4. After I emailed them about lack of shipping they "upgraded" my shipping to priority, which took another two weeks for delivery!
The shipping I could accept because I had not ordered it for the holidays but the product received was inferior to the one advertised, that is not acceptable. "

"The items I had ordered were very late coming in. They were Christmas gifts and I did not get them until Dec. 30th. When contacted they said my items were backordered on the day that I placed the order and when they came in they were going to send them to me priority. "Placed order on 12/1/09, was informed on 12/7 that order was out of stock as of date of order, but guaranteed by Christmas. Was informed that the order was shipped on 12/18; and have never had it happened, but order seemed to 'sit' in the same place at UPS until 12/23, departed from CA and on 12/29 tracking shows that it's in Ill. It's is supposed to be here by 1/4/10.
Obvious disappointment in the fact that the gifts for my children were missing, also planned to give one to 'adopted' child for holidays. I wish I had seen the poor reviews before I had ordered. "
"This has got to be once of the worst companies on the internet to deal with...don't believe them when they tell you the item is in stock...or don't believe them when they tell you that your shipping will be upgraded at no extra charge...oh and promise you that your items will be there for Christmas...I have 4 people that didn't receive presents because of these people...here's their tracking crap...
