"Well Received my Zager ZAD80CE LH: Did not received my lucky package, e-mailed Dennis Jr. he replied very fast and told me why and said he would take care of it. Now back to the review I ordered it and a day later received a email with the tracking number very excited, however at days end I received a email from Dennis Jr. that said it did not ship. (hope you feel better Denny). Well waited two more days, but then it came happy. However just a note about delivery by FedEx they just put by my door, did not ring the bell bad FedEx. I have been playing for more 20 years own and owned many guitars, Always wanted a Martin or Taylor. played Taylors at their factory never played a Martin. So when I open the case She looked so nice picked her up and strummed her little out of tune very little after a fast tune with the Fishman.Very pleasing sound rich deep mellow nice. Then I plug her in and Wow she came to life. Amp up or not what a sound loving it. Now playability or easy play not sure if she easier to play then others, that being said I have a heavy hand you know fingers. As far as workmanship what can I say seems top notch and looks great. I have not seen another guitar for the money bang per buck like this. Now for the customer service rating 10. Oh and its guaranteed for life nice. So there it is from someone who OWNS one. "

" I ordered the guitar last day of June.. and got $99 international shipping, which is a great deal in itself.. here to Asia. Because of the Zager production demand and backlog.. it could not be shipped until September. Dennis gave me $100 off for that inconvenience, which was also nice. So basically, it was shipped to me in the Philippines, for free. It arrived first of October. I was impressed by the beautiful solid custom fit hard case, as well as the guitar. Beautiful finish and solid all the way around. Not one flaw I could detect. Most impressive, was the playability and custom setup.. right out of the box. All I needed to do was play, and enjoy. Dennis was a pleasure to work with, in customer service.. and his dad Denny, is definitely the setup man / luthier he was reviewed as being. They sent me a years worth (6 sets) of uncoated Zager strings, so the next string change should resolve the slippery issue. I am quite happy I decided to order this guitar, vs buy the Alvarez mahagony Parlor I tried in the mall music store here. I could already see, it would need a lower action setup on the Alvarez, although still sounding good. The Zager sounds every bit as good, and has lots of punch and volume for a parlor size guitar. "I bought my ZAD 80CE earlier this year, used from a pawn store in Denver, Co. Shout out to Wedgle's Music and Loan. They were awesome! I found my Zager after a lengthy online search and got an incredible deal. I sent my guitar to Zager and asked them to set it up since I bought it used and it is about eight years old. Their turn around time was very quick. I recently bought an amp and found the input jack was needing replaced, as is common over time (I've replaced two on my other guitars). I also noticed the piezo was not picking up the high E evenly. I contacted Zager and asked for the dimensions on the piezo they use and Dennis Jr stated they would replace it for me.
