"Prices are great, however, customer service can be sketchy sometimes. I recently had a bad experience with a CSR, and then received an email afterwards with the notes they put on my account. Was very frustrated and disappointed to see the things that were written, which were clearly untrue. The CSR did not look into anything just quick short responses. I then spoke with a second CSR and he was fantastic. Apologised for the previous CSR and then looked into my account. And he found that my glasses had not finished in the manufacturing process, meanwhile the previous CSR just said 7-14 business days. I am grateful the second CSR I delt with was helpful and willing to take the time to assist me.
No customer should feel like they are bothering a Customer Service Rep. THAT IS YOUR JOB, as I am also a CSR. "
