"Disappointed to be honest. I have friends that sing Zennis praise. I was looking forward to my new glasses at an amazing price but it doesn't look like they are going to be delivered. They've been sitting at a facility for over a week now and not handed off to the courier. My wife works in customer service and when an item is stuck on " label created" for a long time it usually means it's been lost. I've reached out to customer service but only received a link for review and no update or answer."
