"Have NOT received my glasses. I ordered glasses 3/09/24. It’s now 3/25/24 and my glasses that I paid $165.42 for don’t even have a delivery date. They said that they were shipped but the Tracking number is only stating that the shipper has only created a label but not mailed them. I called Zenni and asked to cancel the order and get a full refund but I was told to be patient. I have never been so insulted in my life, so I did the only thing possible and that was call my credit card company and ask for a charge back. They told me that this company was in China (which was unbelievable as they state on their website they are in California) and so they put the $165 .42 back into my account and said that they will not be paid. I will NEVER order from these people ever again. BUYER BEWARE "

"Mostly AOK. However no matter which of my 4 pairs of glasses, you charged nine dollars more. I picked each pair so that they were in my PD range and my prescription range. All the glasses including reading and distance prescription were charged the extra nine dollars. The customer reps could not explain it.
