"Bought 64 bit windows 7 home premium oem software. Submitted required materials for $10 rebate. Was sent confirmation and tracking #. Six months later I have not received rebate. 3rd party rebate handler says that submission was approved by them and sent to zipzoomfly to be finalized. I was told to contact zipzoomfly directly but not to expect much because not much is happening with their rebates. $10 is not much, but on principle I will steer clear of zipzoomfly in the future."

Calls and emails to zipzoomfly go unanswered. They must be close to bankruptcy. I plan on filing a mail fraud complaint with the post office because it was a mail in offer.

"I have been waiting 9 months for rebates from this seller. After contacting the rebate warehouse, I have found that zipzoomfly is holding the process up. They are not only ignoring my emails, but their automated system that thrusts you into a particular rebate form printed me the wrong form. So 1/3 of my rebates is not even eligible anymore. "Another customer that was ripped off by Zip Zoom Fly's rebate program. They have their customer service reps send you an email stating a credit card refund will be issued but it never happens. See their email below:
Dear Customer,
We are sorry to hear the rebate is taking so long to process. For customer satisfaction, we will refund you $15 (the amount of the rebate) back to your card so that you can receive the savings you were supposed to get from the rebate. We will be voiding out the rebate since we will be refunding you the amount instead. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else.
A month later not refund is issued and email inquiries are ignored. This seems to be a pattern of abuse that needs to be investigated. I will be spreading the word about Zip Zoom Fly and their fraudulent rebate program.
The rebate was only $15 but it's important to make sure these crooks don't reap thousands of dollars from running this common scam."

My order was 4/8/2010 and have $10 + $15 rebates for the items, however I have never recevied any rebate from rebate center at all, and rebate center keeps telling me that the rebate is valid and everything looks ok except rebate center still waits for ZipZoomFly to aurthorize the rebate (just like all other pepole complain about) before they will send out the rebate. After keeping calling and checking with rebate center about a month, rebate center recommended me to call ZipZoomFly directly to the issue. After I sent a request to ZipZoomFly several emails in different dates (because they don't reply for the first few email), so I kept sending and asking about. Luckily, I have 1 ZipZoomFly repliled and told me that ZipZoomFly will refund my the toal of $25 back to my credit card for the rebate issues, however I still haven't recevied any $25 credit after I waitied for 10 days, then I emailed and called for every couple days, but ZipZoomFly never repied at all. I am feeling ZipZoomFly is cheating the customer for rebate, so please DO NOT SHOP for this reseller anymore. Next I will try to talk with my some legal friends and try to process some legal action for this issues. This is something that we (as a customer) can not just let ZipZoomFly keep lieing and cheating their customer like this. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE..."
