"This was my first visit to this shop and I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. I am an introverted, but I felt appreciated and understood when i needed help. The 2 guys that helped me there were down to earth, relaxed and not jacked up on caffeine, forcing me to buy something like a shark. "I ordered a product 4 days ago. Today, I checked my account and 2 charges are made to my credit card for the same amount. Its been 4 days, 2 weekend and 2 business days. NO tracking number supplied. When asked, they stated that an employee when drive and hand deliver the product to the resident. Asked when should i expected it? Their response, in total, 2 weeks max! I asked if i can cancel, they responded no because the order has already been submitted in to the system. BUT, the product has yet to make it to deliver service. Wait! They just stated that the product will be driven by an employee and hand delivered!. Product is still at their location and sitting, I cant cancel, I get charged twice, not tracking info, Very poor business practice."
"I saw a gift I wanted to get for a birthday a week away and the site said they had 4 in stock so I was like ok ill stop by and pick it up when I get in store they can’t it and I’m like oh well this store is so filled with crap how could find anything if they tried so the cashier is like oh well I don’t know where it is but if you order here it’s free shipping to your house so I say ok eff it well they don’t tell you it takes them 3 days to process the order then another 8-11 days to ship it then don’t even put a tracking on it it’s been a week birthday has passed and I don’t even know where it is this company is garbage "

The shirts itched and stung my skin and the sweater gave me a rash, and they're just cotton! the shirts are overpriced too, with a shirt being up to 30$ and the sweater being 40$. The only good experienced I've had is buying a skateboard, but steer clear of the clothes, and honestly if you need a deck, wheels, trucks, etc, support your local skate shop!"

"I recently visited the mall looking for a certain chest bag my son had seen online. Sadly it was not in stock. When I got home I ordered online and had it sent directly to my house. Apparently it was shipped from Hawaii. When my package arrived it contained all of my items a set of stickers and a personal written note on my invoice. "I ordered on 12/1 and the charges were posted to my account on 12/4. On 12/5 there was a pending charge for the full amount. I was told the pending charge would take 3-5business days to release. So basically they charge you twice and don't release it for 3-5 business days. I will not order online again. They hold your money and that is ok. I've never had this issue with any other things I've ordered online."
"I bought some items which were for international shipping and paid an an extra 20$ for express shipping. Parcel never got to me because of some missing receipt on Zumiez side and had to be returned to sender. There was no communication from their side on all this but had to constantly write emails to find out the status of my order. Long story short, after 3 weeks I am getting a refund minus my 20$ which feels like I was gambling by placing the order because me not receiving the parcel had nothing to do with me but because they sent a parcel with missing documentation. Won't be ordering online from them again"
