"I ordered about $15 worth of novelties as Crhistmas gifts for my kids on the 15th of December and received an e-mail 2 days later notifying me that it had been shipped. When it didn't arrive by the 27th, 2 days after Christmas and 10 days after they claimed to have shipped it, I e-mailed them a request to notify me how it was shipped and if they had a tracking number. The replied that it was shipped via priority mail "as I had paid for" and there was no shipping number, but that "I should have it in a day or 2 if not sooner." I finally received the order on December 31st, 2 weeks to the day after they claimed to have mailed it and the priority label was dated December 29th, not the 17th. To add insult to injury, 2 items were missing from the box to which they replied to my second e-mail with a short " a refund will be issued," no apology no offer to ship what I was due. We'll wait to see if the credit ever shows up. Quick responses to my e-mails, but lousy business which appears to be shady and possibly dishonest. Won't shop with them again!"
"The worst online shopping experience of my life! I received a damaged product because it was shoved into a box that it obviously didn't fit in. I wanted the item in time for Christmas so I e-mailed them thinking they would send out a replacement immediately. What a joke that was. I didn't even get an apology, nothing. And they haven't responded to any of my e-mails. It is impossible to contact this company. I was planning on writing a letter but after reading the other reviews on this place that would be a waste of time too. I guess I just got ripped off! I am really upset about this because once they get your money they don't care about the customer at all. I would have reordered the item from somewhere else if I knew they wouldn't respond to me. So while waiting on a response from them I misssed the shipping deadline to get the item elsewhere online. A really bad, frustrating experience. This is a gag and joke item company but the sad thing is the joke is on the paying customer! Some gag this was, ... not funny at all. A total Rip - Off!"
"I placed an order with Zymetrical on 12/10/05 and my credit card was billed the same day. Their site had a guarantee that said any order placed before 12/20 was GUARANTEED to be delivered by the 12/24. This guarantee has since been removed.
For 9 days my order was marked as "pending." The only phone number I could find for them (since there isn't one listed on the site) was on my credit card statement; I called several times a day for almost a week and no one ever answered ... it was just a phone that kept ringing. I also tried emailing them twice - no response. The day after my third email, I logged onto their website to check my order status and found it was cancelled without ANY notice, with this note:
"Unable to meet customers expectations. Customer failed to read shipping policies."
So after 9 days, untold amount of unanswered phone calls and 3 emails without replies, they cancelled my order without notifying me and then blamed it on me for not reading the shipping policies - which, at the time, guaranteed delivery by the 24th! I even paid extra for express shipping so I would have everything in time.
This is extremely disappointing, especially since one of the gifts ordered was for a serviceman due to ship out to Iraq after Christmas.
If all of that wasn't bad enough, Zymetrical mentioned nothing about refunding my money so now I have to call my credit card company and deal with them - not exactly how I want to spend my holidays!"

"Zymetrical.com ripped-me off. I'm terribly dissatisfied with this company.
On 9/26/04 i made an order of 20 items of merchandise, i waited for about two weeks and since i never got my stuff i tried to contact them several times by email and phone but they never answered.
Since that day, i've been insisting on contacting them, because i DO NOT tolerate FRAUD. (I do consider this a fraud because i never got my stuff or my money back, and the customer service was really unexistent at all times).
So, just a few days ago finally some guy answered (10 moths later!), he was extremely hostile, and he basically blamed the whole thing on me, saying it was my fault for waiting 10 months to just call them and simply ask for my money back. (I did not wait, i had been calling and emailing them for 10 months).
He told me to go file them through Paypal (on Paypal's Buyer complaint policy, it states "Buyer complaints must be filed within 45 days of the payment. Even if the buyer’s claim is justified, the buyer will receive a recovery only if there are funds in the seller’s account. Recovery of your claim is not guaranteed".
His sarcastic comment made me think it well could have being all pre-meditated. I don't know.
I've been researching the internet, and apparently, this is not the first time they've ripped someone off. At least that's what it says on every rating website, such as this one, rip-offreport.com, and some others.
After i talked to them, i checked my order status at their site, (you automatically open an account when you order something from them), and this guy had the nerve to update it to (textually): ""Cancelled" --Customer claims package not received, 10 months after the fact!". They way it was before was "Pending".
He never showed me any proof of the shipping receipt, or anything. He hanged up on me.

I filed a complaint against Zymetrical at an organization for the consumer around the end of July 2005. I found out that there had been previous complaints against this company when searched for "Zymetrical" on the website.
Around 2 weeks later, i finally got my refund.
