"My experience with Zymetrical was terrible from start to finish. This is the type of merchant that gives on-line shopping a bad name.
I ordered products in the first part of December 2004, I paid for the product as well as shipping and the product didn't come. Called the company at the end of December to inquire about an estimated arrival/shipping date. The employee from Zymetrical was less than helpful and very rude. I have also sent 2 emails that went unanswered.
Today is February 15th and I still have not received my order. The web-site says the order is complete and the (once again, rude)customer service person says that it must have been shipped prior to the first of the year but he doesn't have a tracking number.
In my experience, the only thing this company knows how to do is debit your credit card. Everything else (delivery, customer service) is a joke."
"ZYMETRICAL SUCKS - A follow up on my order - these people are liars. I ordered a Razz headset (non-Nokia version) on 12/16/04. Finally got my order on mid-January - one month later. Of course it was wrong. They sent the Nokia version of the headset. Again with the phone calls - no answer repeatedly. Wrote my credit card company who advised me to take it up with the merchant. Finally some man answered phone and said I'd have to send the headset back for replacement. Sent USPS confirmed delivery w/ package received on 3/29. Didn't hear anything from them so I called today (4/11/05). Was told I authorized them to send the non-Nokia version (a dead lie). Why would I request a Nokia headset if I don't have a Nokia phone? Then they said they were out of stock and they called me to ask if would accept the non-Nokia (another lie). Woman there said there are only 2 people who have access to their order system and said neither of them would have ever done anything like that. Yaeh, right. You be the judge based on the other reviews here. Asked for my money back. We'll see.
By the way, they have opened a new retail store. The good news about this is their on-line store shipping and customer service will not suffer since it can't possibly be any worse. The phone number they do answer (don't bother with the ones on their website - they are rarely answered) is ***-***-****. Better hurry before they change it or go out of business.
