I received a response to my purchase right away and an email claiming they were shipping my order the next morning.Via UPS. The UPS site sat saying the billing information had been sent. But there was never any update.
On the 21st of May I wrote Zymetrical:
I received an emailed on the 9th indicating my items had been shipped on Friday the 9th of May. Meaning 8 business days and 12 total days have passed since my order was shipped. The UPS tracking site doesn't provide any helpful information regarding my order. The status is only listed as "Billing Information Received". This seems a bit outside the 4 to 6 days of expected wait time that you website lists for deliveries to Minnesota. Can you please check into our order?
The prices at your web site are outstanding but with this ship time I highly

So not only did they lose my order, fail to follow up on it's shipment, LOSE IT but now they provided UPS with the incorrect shipping information making me wait even longer for an already late package,

"Just to report a proper experience. Ordered 2 items, hipped next day, received via USPS 3 days. 1 item was a substitute for an out-of-stock items. E-mail customer service that it was not acceptable and received a prompt credit to my credit card foe the price. Everything was well-handled and promptly. "Wow, all I can say is I had a great experience with Zymetrical. I don't usually talk about what I actually order, but I will here. First, the history. My nephew showed up with a fake ball point pen that he got on vacation that shocks the user when they press the plunger. It seemed like a perfect gift for my daughter and some of my friends. I did a web search for shock pen and checked out the results. Zymetrical was by far the least expensive. I ended up buying a few of the pens and some other items. The box came in the mail today, five days after the order. Everything I ordered was included. I only tested one pen (others to be given away in the blister packs) and it worked Great. It's very jaring. I hope I got enough."
"Very unhappy customer due to unprofessional services from Zymetrical. 2 orders in a row, both shipped with missing items! (do they even read the invoices?!) First order, seller sent the missing one after 3 weeks. Second order, never receive the rest of items! Said wait a few weeks, now has been more than a month. Seller stopped replying to email as well, which by now is not surprising to me.
Price is good, shipping seems to be fast but what is the point when you dont get the items! Will not come back again. Have tried other with similar products and way better service.
Regarding the seller's response: about the 2nd order, the seller did indeed replied to my first email about reshipping the missing items. However, I also sent them another email 3 weeks later saying that I haven't got the items. That was the 3rd email from me to help them rectify their problem (2 similar problems with 2 orders!!). So what can I say when they claim they never received that 3rd email! As the matter of fact, as of today, I haven't received those missing items of the 2nd order.
And a simple question for the seller: what kind of business is that when 2 orders IN A ROW were both packaged and shipped without having all the items? Would the customers be willing to go through all the hassle of emailling, waiting, reshipping or returning even for the full refund? I am personally not.
Reading other reviews, we can clearly see that this type of problem (missing items in the shipment) happens quite frequently with this seller. And I wonder why."
