I have already noticed several bad review from your "company" but decided to give you a chance myself. Shame on me for not taking advice. Your #1 priority should be customer service and satisfaction. Also, your attitude should have been a positive, reassuring, apologetic one especially since I called to see why I paid $5 extra for 2-3 days shipping and 7 days later I still do not have the product. So not only did I not receive my product on time but then you refused to give me discount or the extra money back I paid to have it shipped faster. What a jerk! Thank you for absolutely nothing. I hope your business does not succeed and I hope you're at least intelligent enough to know exactly why!

"I placed an order on 10/7/2011 and paid extra for Priority Shipping ( 2-3 business days). When I hadn't received my order by the 5th business day, I sent an email to Zymetrical. They apologized on behalf of the post office, said they did not "Guarantee" delivery in 2 to 3 business days and thanked me for my patience. Today is the 6th business day and guess what?
