"I placed an order on 10/7/2011 and paid extra for Priority Shipping ( 2-3 business days). When I hadn't received my order by the 5th business day, I sent an email to Zymetrical. They apologized on behalf of the post office, said they did not "Guarantee" delivery in 2 to 3 business days and thanked me for my patience. Today is the 6th business day and guess what? Still have not received my order."
