"bought a ticket with protection plan to travel from Toronto to Philippines in July 2020 from ASAP TICKETS and they cancelled the flight due to the pandemic and told me I can reschedule my trip when the pandemic was over and it’s been almost one year since I’ve been trying to rebook the flight and they kept saying that they will get back with the travel date for me to travel before March 10th 2023 because it will expire after that date and March 2023 is almost here and they haven’t gotten back with any updates even though I’ve been messaging them every week. So I Can Say I’ve This Is A legal Way Of A large Company Scamming An Average Hardworking Citizen Of Canada Below is an email message I received from the customer service team stating they will reschedule the flight.
Dear Customer,
Greetings from AsapTickets Special Services, a subdivision of ASAP
Tickets Support that deals with escalated requests and complaints.
We received reply from the airline about the refund request we sent them 5 weeks ago.
Please note that refund is an impossible option, instead airline provide us a exchange option.
The ticket is valid until 10 Mar 23 and the new travel must be compleated before that date.
