"ASAP tickets used to be a great place to get cheap tickets. Anymore, they want to bargain back and forth to under cut other travel service prices instead of offering you the best price up front. After I recently purchased a ticket at a cheaper price within my preferred travel times with a different travel service, the ASAP travel agent, Ruru.A, proceeded to call me at home and lecture me. I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a travel agent before. I will not be using ASAP travel services in the future."

"I purchased a ticket back in June for international travel in December. I called them mid-October to verify baggage allowance. It's only then that they informed me that the 1st leg of my flight was cancelled, hence, invalidating my ticket (they did not even inform me beforehand). They gave an alternative flight that was ridiculous as the alternative would definitely let met miss my connecting flight. So I opted not to travel and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks now and I still do not have the confirmation of the refund. It's not even the refund itself, but just a confirmation that it's on its way. They said they are dependent on the airline and it's taking so long for the airline to authorize the refund. I called the airline today and learned from them that it usually takes them 2-3 business cycles to process the refund. They told me to go back to ASAP ticket for my refund because that's where I bought my ticket. But I have been following up with ASAP ticket every week and they tell me every time that they are still waiting for authorization from the airline. So, given what I learned from the airline, it is possible that ASAP is just holding on to my refund. For how long, I don't know. This is so frustrating. It's my freaking $2600 that ASAP is holding on to!"
"My agent Apple was very patient, professional and thorough in trying to find the best price to fit my itinerary.
She assured me the price was not basic economy but economy. However unfortunately after I paid for the ticket I received an email from United Airlines stating that what my agent booked for me was basic economy and letting me know the disadvantages and if I wanted to upgrade.
Obviously I was very disappointed and surprised.
I emailed my agent and waiting for her to clarify and correct the matter. I am hoping she will resolve this matter ASAP especially since the name of the company is asaptickets.

Update: Iam now downgrading my experience from 3 to 2 stars
It's 7pm I still have not received a response to my email 1am this morning. I just called the direct number my agent gave me to reach her no answer left a message. I spoke with the supervisor Huxley 3 days ago who thought basic economy was the same as economy and told me to call the airlines. I called United and they clarified that was not true the supervisor told me that my agent Apple would call me when she came back to work Friday which is today still no call from my Agent. Iam very disappointed and unsatisfied with ASAPtickets so far they are not conducting their business in harmony with their name."

"I booked a flight and wanted to void it since it wasn't don correctly. Started the process two hours after booking. That was 19 hours ago. I have talked to "EIGHT" people so far. Everyone of them are giving me the run around. They are trying to force me to but the ticket instead of cancel it and doing it from scratch properly. Each one of the put me on hold for over 15 min. Gave me the same excuse over and over again. The booking agent is not to be found anywhere since yesterday. Kept promising that each one of them will send an email to her and the supervisor, then they will contact me in 30 min... It has been going on like that since yesterday. I am assuming they are making sure that 24 hours to hit so they can tell me it is too late. Also all of a sudden they can't give me their supervisor's number or connect me because, either they do not know their numbers or just they are not available. It is about to hit 24 hours in 15 min and the supervisor will call in 15 min too. I am guessing I will come back and update the bad news. In fact I will find a website to post the recordings.
