"First of all the price was lowest that I can find on the internet and the customer service was top notch. My agent stayed with me throughout the whole process even though it took over an hour because of the summer travel season and everyone in the industry was over booked. My agent was very professional and kept me informed of the wait time and even took extra time to call the airline to make sure I had received my reservation and confirmation before he left which in turned I was very confident about my reservation. "Even after following up 100000000 times with ASAP for a resolution, they are playing with human emotions by not providing any resolution. I find it strange that you remain silent despite being aware that your customer is facing difficulties as a result of the error that you all made.
We have conversed over this time and again, but I do not see an end to my apathy. As you can see below I made a reservation through ASAP Tickets, and I have also furnished the details for the Nth time. For no mistake of mine, I have been sent pillar to post with no solution by anyone. As you can see my travel details below, I was denied boarding for the locations given below, the reason being E-tickets not generated.
I'm really not sure who else could take this responsibility to see an end to this issue. I have been following up for 6 months plus I have spent additional money to travel through the rest of my journey to attend an emergency back in India (spent an amount of 2384.64$) I need a refund for the tickets which I have paid but boarding was denied. If in case everything seems to be okay from your end please let me know who should reach out to from the airlines side to resolve this issue. If I do not see an end to this issue, I will be escalating it to the next level or seek Department of Transportation Aviation Consumer Protection.
