"Giving these people your credit card information could be as big a mistake as you will ever make. Yes, camera prices are good but buy-one-get-another-free extras were not delivered. Then they double charged me for the camera and accessories. After my initial review they called and promised that their bookkeeping department would immediately correct the erroneous charge and they would ship the omitted items by two-day express -- and would I please pull my review. After 2 days their bookkeeping department had not corrected the charge so my credit card company did. And those items they'd ship? Never arrived. Their web page trumpets a 30-day money-back guarantee but a difficult-to-read note at the bottom of the invoice says merchandise must be returned within 7 days; moreover, it says there's an utterly outrageous 15 percent restocking fee which can amount to several hundred dollars on a camera purchase. An employee later told me that they did have a 30-day money back guarantee and the restocking fee is really 10 percent. Still outrageous. When I filed a complaint with the New York Better Business Bureau the company told two different stories -- all lies. When I opted to return the merchandise I had received, they provided a return merchandise authorization and a mailing label. When a credit had not appeared on my credit card account by April 1, I tracked my UPS shipment. UPS says they made 3 delivery attempts but the place was closed! Or, more likely, they just wouldn't come to the door. UPS is returning my package. I haven't received it. Another web site says Best Price Photo pays for favorable reviews; the site featured a host of complaints. This is the most unscrupulous merchant I've ever encountered. What's next? Well, there';s my state's attorney general and his consumer fraud division and New York's too. I will keep updating this as my adventure continues. "

"This is a big fraud...cameras without warranties are being sold..ship after a month period....rude customer care... I wonder if they sell refurbished items(stained camera body makes me feel that)..People must spread awareness against this fraudulent business and prevent innocent buyers from becoming victims. Also, they promise you freebies in lieu of a good reviews but I won't want 30$ items in exchange for the warranty and peace of mind...I would definitely take a legal action against such scamsters...Mr. Roger(Customer Care rep.) who claims to be a man of his words is really a smart person to trick you into his words "
