Just a couple of things to set the record straight.1 Best Price said they sent a warranty at no charge, they did after the price had dropped $100.00 on the camera I purchased and I had requested a refund on the difference.2 They were prompt in assuring me that they would take care of the defective camera however if they had been prompt in the exchange process or more forthcoming about how long the process would take I would'nt have had to threaten to take action when my calls and emails fell on deaf ears.3 they did offer the "Best Price" on the camera however the transaction obviously raised my blood pressure in the maner that it was handled.I am pleased with the camera now that it is working I even recommended the site to a friend but told him to be ask questions and get them answered before proceeding.Only time will tell if the transaction was worth the #100.00 saved."
