"TERRIBLE customer service. Took 6 days to ship an express order when I was told it would be 4, even thought website says 24-48 hours. RUDE employees. Charged me for overnight shipping when I asked for 2 day. Doesn't follow through with special offers. Actual charges are different that whats on the website. They try to upsell you by telling you the battery only lasts 30 minutes. NOT TRUE. THEY OFFER YOU FREE GIFTS TO LEAVE THEM 5 STAR FEEDBACK."

I had been getting a little worried about the status of the order, since I had not had any correspondence with BestPricePhoto.com after the initial email that I received about the contents of my order. While I am fairly sure that this delay was due to availability of my camera, it would have been nice to have some correspondence indicating a delay in order processing to set propper expectations. Mickey was very professional in contacting me and was very helpful in suggesting accessories for the camera that I was not aware of. He was very helpful and I am grateful for the call. After this experience, I would recommend BestPricePhoto.com to anyone for future orders as they have very good prices and handle their sales in a very professional manner."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a Canon camera and they were supposed to send an extra battery and a memory card. They never sent it! I called several times and I was put on hold more then 30 minutes every time. When I was finally connected, they put you on hold again without saying anything. I got so furious because those extra stuff never came in for more then a month. I told them that I am going to write a bad review, they said that "just go write the review and we are not going to send anything" and hung up. This is such a BADBADBAD company! The camera they sent was old stock. I checked the serial number and it was one of the earliest model produced five years ago. Who knows what happened to the camera between then and now. DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THEM!

They only reply to the customer to rated ONE star with only defending themselves and putting the blame on the customer. It is how they handle their business. "
"My experience with Best Price Photo was the worst I have ever had in my life. I ordered the product on Jan 5, 2013 because it had the lowest price on an Olympus Tough TG-1 iHS digital camera. I was told it was shipping. On Jan 18 they said they couldn't ship it because the charge to my credit card failed and to call them. I called them 3 times and emailed them 3 times with no return call or email. My card has never failed before. I suspect they did not want to deliver the order."
"I wanted to buy a Canin EOS Rebel T4i from BPP, because the price was pretty good, better than at the other places. I placed my order on 1/8/2013, and waited. 4 days later I sent an email to the customer service, asking for a tracking number. In their response they wrote that I have to call the verification department. I called the on 1/14, and after they hung up on me, I finally managed to talk to somebody. As it turned out, they didn't do anything about my order. And they tried to sell me a battery, because the one that comes with the camera is a demo battery, which was not stated anywhere when I placed my order. The next day they took the money off from my bank account. But the camera still didn't arrive, soI called them again on 1/23, just to find out, that they didn't even ship the order yet. So I cancelled the order, and got my money back. If you actually want to own a camera, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!"

"we were vary pleased with our recent new camera order placed online with bestpricephoto. the online process was easy. they called within a day to confirm the order and offer additional features and accessories, which gave us a chance to re-review the order. the camera was shipped within a few days with confirmation. after it arrived, we made a decision to return the camera for an exchange to another manufacturer. directions for the exchange were easy to follow. we shipped the camera back to them and they in-turn shipped out the replacement camera. all the time the customer service representatives were available and responsive. we highly recommend bestpricephoto, and we will certainly contact them again for future purchases!

"Lied to by the first person to pick up the phone. I called to inquire about the Canon PowerShot SX260 HS which BPP was advertising for well below competing merchants. My first step is to make sure the item is in stock before I order. I was assured that it was. Nine "business" days later, still no camera and when I call for information I am told the camera is not in stock. Liars, horrible business ethics, stay away."
