The website lied.
It took 5 weeks before Best Price Photo mailed the camera to me. I didn't receive the camera until Monday 12/31. In the meantime, they sent me emails on 12/14 and 12/21, both telling me the camera had been sent out, which were also lies. They didn't send out the camera until 12/28.
When I sent a reply email to ask why it was taking so long, they never replied. I have missed out on so many snorkeling and scuba diving photo ops because of Best Price Photo's delays.
I didn't know if the online website was a scam, so I was getting ready to notify my bank of a fraudulent charge.
Save yourself the trouble. DON'T order from Best Price Photo. They are not reliable.
UPDATE on 1/13/13
I saw that Best Price Photo responded to my review. There are problems with their response I need to point out.
First, it is extremely unprofessional of BPP to post my shipping tracking number on the website for the whole world to see, not to mention it is a violation of my privacy. I would ask that BPP immediately redact the tracking number from the website before I take further action against them for invading my privacy. This is additional evidence that BPP is an unprofessional organization.
Second, BPP's reply that "All our attempts to contact the consumer are never returned." To my knowledge, “ALL their attempts” consists of only one phone call to me. They never tried to email me and never responded to my email from several weeks ago asking about the status of my shipment. When BPP’s customer service rep called, I was not at home. The BPP customer service rep was very high pressure with my family members, saying that BPP was disappointed with my negative review, and wanted to bribe me to change my review and give them 5 stars in return for a camera memory card!
Note to BPP: You EARN 5 stars by providing great customer service and by fulfilling your promises on your website and sending shipments out in a timely manner, not by trying to BRIBE unsatisfied customers with a $10 memory card and then writing an untruthful response in reply to the review when the customer can’t be bribed.
BPP claims that the delay in receiving my shipment was “‘Adverse Weather Conditions’ caused a delay in delivery.” BPP failed to mention that they did not take my camera to UPS for overnight shipment for 32 days. I received my camera 3 days later. The weather had nothing to do with the fact that they held on to my camera for 32 days after I put in my order before they took the camera to UPS to ship. The camera was "in stock" when I placed the order.
The long delay was due to BPP’s actions, or lack thereof. Now BPP is trying to lie on the reviews to try to cover up their other lies. All one has to do is see the numerous negative current reviews the BPP has in the past week. If BPP is so great, then why all the negative reviews by so many unsatisfied customers?
Maybe BPP should spend more time on the front end doing their jobs and pleasing customers rather than on the back end responding to negative reviews with more lies.

"Ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T4i DSLR w/ EF-S 18-55 mm lens kit on Cyber Monday 11/26/12. Ordered 2 each 5 hour batteries w/ camera. Although they only shipped 1 battery with order, when I called and asked what happened to the other battery, they assured me the other battery was being shipped UPS as soon as possible. Well, it was all lip service. They have yet to live up to their agreements. I have tried and tried to make contact with them on so many occasions I can't even count them, on every one, they put me on hold and never picked up the calls after 20 minutes, I'm done. I have way too much to do to be totally ignored by them. I sent them an email asking for a response and their help in getting what I paid for, nothing, no response, no phone calls, no emails.
