"Great prices, but cust. service is terrible: -Policy page says orders processed in 48 hours, but the invoice says 72 hours. -After 72 hours still no card charge, THEN I get a call and email claiming I need to to confirm my credit card information for security purposes! -Turns out was just UPSELLING call. DECEPTIVE saying "okay, confirming your order, do you want the 2 hour or 4 hour battery with that?" except those aren't free batteries, he would've charged me for them. He then tries to bully me into buying. Guess what? I bought from you because I researched prices online extensively, I'm not going to just fork over more money without looking it up (prices on amazon for the batteries was cheaper). -Also insisted that they pay shipping on returns, but website doesn't.
