"I ordered an expensive camera at a great price, and had to call to confirm the purchase was legit. While on the phone with Chris he suggested getting an extended five hour battery for $40, they usually cost $90. I agreed. The battery that arrived is no 5 hour fancy battery, it's just an extra average battery you can buy for $11.90 max. BPP is so upset at the mix up, they get extra stars. They didn't fix anything or offer to, but pointed out that they're not going to "hassle me" for returning the unused battery. Incredible customer service!"

"As a first time buyer I was a little hesitant because the price of the lens I ordered was almost $200 less than the online store I usually purchase lenses and cameras from. Although I'm sure the lens is "grey market", I have read that Canon will still provide the one year warranty. The lens is obviously new although not packaged in the normal Canon box. It came with all of the advertised and normal accessories--lens hood, carrying bag, lens caps (front and back). There was no warranty card but I usually register online anyway. I ordered online and soon thereafter got a friendly call asking me if I needed a filter or anything. I said "no, I have all that I need" and was thanked and had no pressure put on me whatsoever. They shipped it the same day and sent a copy of the receipt and tracking to me although my hotmail account put the e-main in "Junk". I did not find it until later but in the meantime called and they sent another copy of each immediately (within 30 seconds). Shipping took from Monday to Saturday but was free. A year from now, I won't care that it is a grey market lens. I saved $196 (other places $1091 at BPP $895. That's too big of savings to turn down. I recommend BPP because of their good prices, fast shipping and good customer service. "

"Placed the order on 11/20, but they didn't ship until 11/25. Partially because they called me on the 21st to question the alternate to billing shipping address. They wouldn't ship to other than billing address and assured me the package would not need a signature if it shipped to my home address. When I checked the FedEx tracking, it needed a signature. Good thing FedEx allows you to go to a local depot to get the package. Anyway the camera is as expected, was packed well and works great. "

"I placed an order via the internet for a Canon 55-250mm lens. After the order was successfully placed I received no order summary or conformation. I called as was given the order number but never received an email regarding my order. That being said I received my lens within a weeks time.
