"I needed to call customer service after making my purchase to verify information and found out the item I originally purchased was not what I originally intended to buy and was uphold on a more expensive product.
Shipping information was not automatically sent out and I need to call to receive that as well. In the end, I received my product 10 days after I purchased it.
Overall, customer service seemed very friendly but I would just prefer if they would be more proactive in contacting ME after i make my purchase and send me shipping details as soon as they ship their product."

THIS THE FIRST TIME I FEEL DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE SINCE THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASE THINGS OVER THE INTERNET !!

In the beginning, I gave 5 starts for this online store, but now I decided to edit my review.

I purchased Canon EOS Rebel T3i from this store because I found Bestpricephoto sold the cheapest one on the internet and gave some free gifts with the purchase of SLR Camera. Few days before they shipped my camera, the cust. service offered me to buy an additional battery since the stock one (that come with the camera) offered ONLY 10 MINS battery life. I did not easily trust them and rejected to buy the additional battery.

Once I received the camera, I found out that they only gave me a camera bag! The other free gifts like tripod, lens cleaning kit, LCS screen protector, fiber cloth, memory wallet were GONE ! I called bestpricephoto asking about the missing free gifts and they told me to leave them positive review before they send me the other free gifts.

The free gifts did not arrive after a week, and I called back the cust. service. They said the free gifts will arrive before Christmas. Now it is December 26 and I still have not received the free gifts as promised. I called the cost. service again and they did not pick my calls. What a waste of time waiting 2 weeks for the free gifts !

I NEED TO ADD ONE MORE THING :
THEY NEVER REPLY YOUR EMAILS NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU SEND EMAILS TO THEM !!
IF BESTPRICEPHOTO WAS A TRUSTED ONLINE STORE, THEY WOULD NEVER BRIBE YOU (TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK) BEFORE THEY SEND THE FREE GIFTS like what they did to me !!
