"I was concerned after checking out other reviews about this company. I ordered a Canon T3i body only this weekend. I called them before ordering to confirm that it came with a battery and charger and memory. Last night while driving I got a call from the company telling me that the kit was only a 20 minute battery and no real memory. For a small amount I could get a 5 hour battery and 8 gig memory. As a result I was charged an extra $144.
After a more extensive internet search I was concerned based on another review site that the phone may be a gray market phone/not registered in the US, which would cause warranty problems.
After a negative review was posted, Anthony from BestBuyPhoto called me within a couple of hours. He assured me that the camera body was not gray market, and he would give me a written guarantee that I could return it if there were any problems without a restocking fee. I did receive it and amending my review. Waiting for the camera to arrive to see if all is fine. If it is I will amend my report to 5 star on whether I would shop there again."
