"Had some problems at first, but company was very aggressive in resolving them once I posted here. First, my shipping was delayed so they could contact me about upgrades, three days after I placed the order. I actually paid an extra $26 and did not take the free ground shipping so even though it was only a day late, it wasn't delivered as promised. Second, the website said they would include a flash with each purchase, which I did not receive at first. Third, and worst-- the charger was replaced with a European version, and a cheap adapter plug. The adapter broke the first time I used it and got stuck in the outlet. When I called for a replacement, no one answerd the phone and each time I transferred to customer service, I was dropped. They did get me an extended warranty and the flash, but they sent the wrong battery charger and I resolved to fix it myself. Like I said, they were very interested in settings things right, but all of this could have been avoided if the order was handled properly from the beginning."

I received my order but it came with no extra free stuff that were mentioned in the sales promotion (straps...). The battery also isn't canon.(I made sure to specify that I wanted canon battery).
PS : The camera came in a box that shows camera and zoom. Which means it's not the original box for the camera."
