"I purchased a SLR package from BestPricePhoto.com on 7/22/2011. First, they took 6 days to ship my order. WAY to long. Next I get my order and within three days I see 5 separate Fraudulent charges showing up on the card that I used. I haven't given my address out in months using that card, but whoever got a hold of it had my address (which I needed to give in order to receive my camera). You can make your own conclusion on how my card was compromised. One other note, The memory card that came with the camera was supposed to be High speed professional SD Memory. A quick search found that card for $13.99 at Walmart. Please RUN don't walk from this place.

"I was really excited to found bestpricephoto had the best price on the new camera I wanted for vacation. I received it with just one week to spare before the big trip only to find a dead pixel out of the box. Bestpricephoto has been absolutely terrible in resolving this issue. They first suggested I visit a local official Nikon place for a free replacement and insisted that would work. The region's Nikon place said the camera is too new and they weren't expecting to get any in their stock - glad I didn't drive over before calling. Called back to bestpricephoto and they told me I would be responsible for return shipping. I'd pay $10 to exchange it when $10 is the amount I saved by going through them in the first place! This is the reason to order from the big guys instead next time. Bestpricephoto gives the rest of the little guys a bad name and this will surely hurt them in the end.
EDIT: Bestpricephoto made the situation right. They sent a replacement and had the Fedex staff take the old one at the same time (and they covered shipping). It wasn't without hassle but in the end, customer service came through!"
