"After being initially very unhappy with the customer service from BPP: Put on hold for 10-15 minutes, I wrote a bad review here. THEN I got a phone call. They did ship most of the items I ordered. I still don't have my LCD screen protectors. I'll give them good marks for trying, but not so good for delivering. The desktop tripod that came with the Deluxe Package Deal on my 5D Mark II was like a toy, and had mold on the outside of the carrying case. Just not hitting the target as far as I'm concerned. "
