"the plumbers did a great job and made us comfortable in our home, but the office did not do avery good job with there paper work ,all paper work should be in a folder for each customer the final payment was wrong and the warranty paper work was with them. got a call from the office that we had to make another payment then had to print out the warranty papers and send them by mail it is not our job to make sure that all paper work is complete the plumbers did a great job but the office seems to put the blame on them because of the lack of making sure all paper work is complete before the plumbers go out the door to do the work.we pay for your service we should not have to make sure all the proper paper work is complete next time we will find another company that is better put together"
