"I had made an online appointment for service to my dishwasher for Jan. 7 PM. That morning I called to confirm appt since I had not heard from BGE Home since the day I made the appt. I learned there was no record of my service request! I then worked with the call center rep to reschedule. In the midst of the call, we were cut off! I immediately called back and got another rep. She confirmend my new appt was on the schedule. I asked and was told I'd get a confirmation email I have no explantion for why my original online appt had not been logged in. I have learned for future calls online to confirm if I don't hear back from BGE Home within a reasonable time."

"I am extremely disappointed in the whole experience. On January 1, 2020 my refrigerator and freezer went out. I called BGE home and after many discussions and pressure I finally got an appointment for January 2nd. Service Rep came out and said he needed to order a part then a new appointment would be scheduled to replace part. On January 6th I called BGE home back and found out the part was in but that a service person could not come out until January 9th. At this point it's been a week with no refrigerator or freezer, I had to through out food and can't buy food as I have no place to store it. I feel this was an priority issue but was treated like just another service call. I will be looking into getting another service company that would be more responsive."

"We were not pleased with the overall assessment made for the issue with our boiler with the first Tech!! We could have experience a serious fire and we did not have heat as told!! A second call was made and the Tech Oliver made an assessment of the issue that was in depth with serious repairs not only to the boiler but the chimney and water pipe. We are thankful to both Oliver the Tech and the plumber Bill for giving 110 percent to resolve the issue! We have been with BGE Home for years and have remain in excellent standards.
