"The technician was very good and was very polite. He replaced a fuse on my Dryer and got it up and running again. Later that evening my wife used the dryer. It was working and then just stopped. I called Customer Service and explained someone was out earlier and fixed it. I asked her since someone was just out could she send someone out kind of quickly to look at it. She said the first ava was Jan 21st. So I explained to her what am I supposed to do. she recommended if I had a friend maybe I could use their dryer. I am sorry I understand you have a very busy schedule, but I was hoping since they were just out, that I would not have to wait that long again for someone to come out."
