"I pay, on time every month yet when I call for service, it's always 2 weeks out before anyone A an come and fix my problem. Why is that?You have some excellent servicemen but usually I only see them once or twice and never see them again. And then there are some surly, lazy men who don't know what they're doing and keep replacing the same component and the appliances keep having the same problems. Tjis means that whatever they replaced several times was not the issue but they don't want to spend the time to find out what the problem actually is. Instead they tell us it's our fault for but that particular brand. It's not your csrs who need these surveys done on their behalf, it's your service people."

"It took 3 calls to the call center to get someone that understood the importance of what was going on at my home. The first two call were just putting me off all the while I have water flooding my basement. I finally got a representative that got me in touch with a night supervisor we are now after midnight closer to 1 o'clock.The night supervisor was able to tell us how to turn off the water and give us time for the repairman to come out in the morning, did I mention that this was Christmas eve. Ended up the maintence man that came out informed me he could help and that they were getting off at noon. So I hired a plumber to come out and repair a hose that had come off my hot water heater...So the night supervisor that I talked to was GREAT and the last person I talked to from the call center was GREAT..."
"I wait on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a supervisor to discuss my issue. I was hung up on. I called back and was told that no supervisors were available. They said that a supervisor would call me back first thing on Monday morning (today). Well its 1051pm and I still haven't received a call back yet. This is the customer service that I come to expect from BGE Home. My next call will be to cancel my whole home service policies with plumbing mom both of my houses."

"I was surprised to learn that my plumbing and electrical service contract required me to pay $50 per issue even though the plumber is scheduled for one visit to address three small problems. I should have read the document more carefully before deciding to sign the contract. It’s probably going to cost me more than it would have if I’d just hired a plumber."
