"I was very satisfied wit the call center representative. I feel, however, that BGE Home needs to take a second look at the fee charge when you have two problems in the same area. For instance, I do not feel it is fair that I should pay two fees if I have two leaky faucets and all it requires is an adjustment. I think there should be some sliding scale if there are no major parts to be replaced for services."
