"The representative was respectful and nice. I asked for her to make correction on my bill for the $2 promotion for two months then $53.95 after. That the bill is in my name and my husband name. Please make sure I am not being charged twice. I received a bill anyway for $2.00 this month of October when it is due in November. As a customer I’m still unsure if the problem is resolved. I will call this week which is the third time."
