"Terrible. I had to make 3 separate phone calls over 2 days just to get ahold of a live person. the first day I was on hold for literally 30 minutes when I had enough and hung up. The next day I hit a different prompt and actually got to talk to a real person in about 15 minutes. this time I only needed to schedule a yearly tune-up but if I had to call for a furnace or central air issues neither me or my wife would have been happy being on hold for so long!!
