"When we joined your service contract you promised to allow to call any number of times for service also agreed to repair our devices . When I called for service this time the Technitian came and told me my system is old and I have to replace the system. The Technitian's job is to diagnose and repair my device not to recommend to buy new system from your sales dept. If you don't repair old systems you should not sign me up for service contract. I would appreciate if you could repair my system according to the existing service contract. I tried to talk to a service Manager but no service Manger called me until today."
