The online menus were inadequate in that freezer repair/maintenance didn't have a check box.2. Scheduling repairs online most likely will result in an unacceptable amount of time before a service technician arrives.3. Trying to contact a person via telephone normally requires an excessive amount of time (20+ minutes) to talk to a person."

"I requested to speak to Tamiescha, customer service supervisor, and she was interjected and able to resolve the matter. The previous Senior Technician issued me his card upon completion the work last week, so I requested him to come back. I have been a long time customer of BGE Home & this is the third house I have utilized this type of ‘return technician request’- nothing out of the ordinary, but Maggie’s response was not acceptable and demonstrated poor customer service adeptness. Maggie reported that the technician would not be able to return to complete the job in which he ordered a part to complete the initial portion of the job."

However, speaking to a representative proved to be more productive than relying on the web-based process. "I have never been more dissatisfied with the service of a company. The AC went out on 6/20, and the unit and my tenant are still without AC. I understand that you needed to order parts and the unit is old, but I believe your company could have expedited service as soon as the parts came in. Some of the phone customer service representatives were awesome, while others could not have cared less about this situation. This experience has reflected poorly on me as a landlord and that upsets me as I have tried to resolve the issue quickly, but have not been able to."
