"Over the years I have had very positive experiences with BGE Home. Recently I had a service appointment when the Tech said he was unable to fix the problem because there was no electricity flowing to the ac unit. A call was made and an electrician checked and found that there was indeed electrical service to the unit. Another tech arrived the next day and successfully fixed the problem that was caused by a broken wire."

People only call because they can't resolve what ever issue ere is that they have with the HVAC system and they need bge home personnel assistance. People don't just call to for nothing. So be a bit more understanding. Another issue I have is, because there was a freeze on my account I could not place a call for any type of service to include a warranty service request. This should not be the case in my opinion. I bought and had the new system installed by bye home and it is under warranty. Warranty matters should not be effected by any lapse in any payments due to billing misunderstanding period."

It would be better to spend your money elsewhere for service. This co is not BGE at all. Don't get it confused. They don't prioritize paying customers and are rude."
