"I did not get my preseason checkup for my AC in the Spring as I usually do. I was somewhat annoyed when I called on June 22 and was told that there was no time available until September. The rep asked me some questions and sent a request to her supervisor. She called me back, and told me I could have an appointment in July. She was very helpful and professional. Just wondering why I had to go through all that in order to get an appointment this summer. Especially since it’s covered by a service contract."
