"This was a terrible, service. The technician came out only to leave a written message stating the problem but not stating how much it would cost to fix, and then it was impossible to get the answer over the phone. I will be definitely be going elsewhere in the future for AC needs."

Outside of one experience when the service person noticed another problem on the same item being worked on, commented but mentioned that it was not the reason he was hear so he left the issue unsolved and just worked on the item he came for which seemed uncivil, all the other experiences were very professional and helpful."
