"This is my second failure issue that might all be tied to the pressure tank BGE replaced in February. I have struggled to get in touch with someone to come back out for that call since a part failed and it could have flooded by basement, luckily it was next to the sump pump. when I call they have to get in touch with the plumbing people that they never can reach and then hours later they call me and I am on the phone and they leave a message. Then we start all over again. I need someone to contact me to replace the insulation from the February job and also see where was the breakdown with the water and switch."
"After making an appointment for service the person told me I had a credit issue and had to connect me to billing. Billing told me there was no issue and I was all set up with my appointment. I should have not been told I had an issue and my appointment was all set. Service person came the next day and fixed my A/C."

"Not satisfied. When a customer has a potential water outage for days, do tell them to call the fire department to turn off the water and wait for a week for BG&E to respond. It is not reasonable to have a customer wait several days without water"
