"The initial representative who answered our call was very professional and caring as she admitted to a huge oversight on behalf of our repair situation. She immediately sent it to the attention of her call center manager, Taneisha, and at that point it went downhill. She was polite but inept. She said she didn't know her manager and had no phone number for that person. How can that be? She did not seem to care about our desperate situation, caused by their oversight. We had to go through BGE Home's parent company to finally get to Taneisha's manager who did indeed exist. That manager was amazing and acted professionally and swiftly to resolve our dire problem. It should not have had to come to the amount of stress we endured. We have been customers for 30+ years and were treated horribly by Taneisha. We also praise our repair technician, Chris. Chris worked very hard for 3 1/2 hours on our repair. Great job Chris - it didn't look easy! Not sure if we will continue our policy."
