"My experience was less than satisfactory, because I had to call twice! I called after hours 12:30am, and the rep took my info and told me someone would call me in the morning between 7-11 to let me know what time a tech was coming the same day! Thankfully around 9:00am I called back and it appeared there was either no record of my initial call or I was NOT on the schedule for service. This rep puts me on hold and comes back telling me that the tech may not be able to diagnose my issue because it was not hot outside that day! Ridiculous, based upon my issue and that I have a brand new HVAC system! Less than 1 yr old. I persisted and a tech was scheduled. The Tech arrived on time and was excellent! He easily diagnosed and resolved my issue! He gets a 10 for a job well done!"
