"As previously stated I had been dealing with the City concerning a water leak. While the individuals contacted were friendly and somewhat helpful there were roadblocks which stretched resolution out over 2 months. Since the leak wasn`t critical I dealt with it. Once the City was able to establish that the leak was on the resident`s side I called BG&E as I took out an insurance policy a year or two ago. Your response was excellent (on a Saturday) and a representative came out the following Monday. He was very informative explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate of $5400. My policy covered the first $3000 so I still have responsibility for $2400 which seems a little high but given that I have no experience in this area and the professional manner in which you guys have conducted yourselves, I`m not going to let it bother me. I simply want the line repaired without any future issues and I have every confidence that BG&E will do so. Thanks in advance."
