It is the time delay for coming to our house for service. 4 weeks and I am suppose to get better treatment as a longggg time BGE Home service customer? This was an oven issue and I explained that oven cooking was needed for the holidays which begin 04/08/20 and service is coming on 04/08/20. Then if I am lucky, they will order any parts needed. That will delay another two weeks- maybe and ten weeks again for you to come out and install the part(s). Really unacceptable even under the current circumstances."

I called on March 26 and told I could get an appointment on April 13 with no effort on her part to be more helpful. I called a local appliance center right after my call to BGE and someone was here in an hour.
