"I am very disappointed with Biblio and their partner, bookbrothers.net. I, too, paid for expedited shipping for a book that was listed as "in stock." Bookbrothers is in Pennsylvania and the book was to go to be shipped as a gift to New York. I paid for expedited shipping, but here it is May 18th and the book has JUST left Pennsylvania. I would have thought that Pennsylvania, being just one state away from New York, would have been there sooner than this.

Had I known it would take this long to get the book, I would have gone with Textbookx for this book too as I ordered one for myself (in California) and got it in 7 days and in perfect condition.

Biblio should not offer expedited shipping when they cannot deliver. I feel ripped off.

I am so disappointed and will never do business with either of these companies again. "

"NOT HAPPY! Do not buy from this seller. I paid extra for expedited shipping to receive my book in 5-7 days and did not receive my book until 10 days PAST when it should have arrived. Not only that but the seller told me he/she would refund the shipping cost since it was unfair, but then would not respond to my emails again after that. Needless to say, I did not get my shipping refund and I almost had to drop my class because I got so far behind without having the book in time. VERY frustrating!! I will never buy from biblio.com again. Their website was not user friendly to report a bad situation. This was very upsetting in my time of need."

"I specified and paid for Expedited delivery method for a book to be sent to Malaysia. I rang Time Booksellers and was told they weren't aware of this and the book was sent by standard mail. It took 23 days for the book to reach the destination. Not impressed at all."
